The Civ4RiverModelInfos file declares all the river art files.

All tags must be opened and closed; the first is the "open", the second the "close" tag. If nothing goes inside a "list tag", then it should just be the opening tag with a "/" before the closing bracket. The following tables contain all available tags, as well as their purpose and accepted values.

BorderFile path of border .dds file for river section.
DeltaType Type of delta mouth. Can be either: DELTA_NONE, DELTA_CLOCKWISE, DELTA_COUNTER_CLOCKWISE, or DELTA_STRAIGHT.
Connections Gives available connections for each river section. Is either S, N, E, or W, or combination.
Rotations unknown; it is always 0 90 180 270
