I think the plan is to explain the tags used on each page.  So, for the Civ4UnitInfos page, explain what tags like "<bAnimal>" mean and what values they take (0 or 1).  There is an incomplete wiki at another site you can use as a reference: http://civ4.wikidot.com/xml-files.  In short, try to go line-by-line through a file (or at least one "section" of the file; for the units page, this would be all of the tags used for one unit which are then repeated) and break it down.
